WE ANSWER A FEW QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE REGARDING MOTIVATIONS...

  • Yes, it is advisable to print the motivation in colour, as the different colours are used to draw the examiner’s attention.

  • If your firearm has expired, you don’t need to hand it in at any police station.

  • If you have sent an e-mail, take note that we will always respond to your e-mail. If you haven’t received any response, check that the spelling of my e-mail address is correct or contact me if you haven’t received any response by the end of the day when the e-mail address has been entered correctly. (E-mails sent on a weekend, will be responded to on a Monday morning at the latest)

  • If your application has been denied (which is highly unlikely), please don’t stress. Contact me with the response from the registrar and I will do your appeal for free. I have had a 100% success rate in over 19 years. Just make sure that you notify me of any reasons that the registrar may decline your application beforehand, such as when you have a firearm related criminal record.

  • If you had an unsuccessful application before with another company that did your application, don’t stress. We will help you with a professional motivation.

  • If you aren’t sure of the model of the firearm, and you are unable to identify the model, you’re welcome to send a photo of the firearm and we will happily assist you.
