Yes, it is advisable to print the motivation in colour, as the different colours are used to draw the examiner’s attention.

If your firearm has expired, you don’t need to hand it in at any police station.

If you have sent an e-mail, take note that we will always respond to your e-mail. If you haven’t received any response, check that the spelling of my e-mail address is correct or contact me if you haven’t received any response by the end of the day when the e-mail address has been entered correctly. (E-mails sent on a weekend, will be responded to on a Monday morning at the latest)

If your application has been denied (which is highly unlikely), please don’t stress. Contact me with the response from the registrar and I will do your appeal for free. I have had a 100% success rate in over 19 years. Just make sure that you notify me of any reasons that the registrar may decline your application beforehand, such as when you have a firearm related criminal record.

If you had an unsuccessful application before with another company that did your application, don’t stress. We will help you with a professional motivation.

If you aren’t sure of the model of the firearm, and you are unable to identify the model, you’re welcome to send a photo of the firearm and we will happily assist you.
